Lucinda is a Non Executive Director at RBC Brewin Dolphin Ireland, Enterprise Ireland and the Rotunda Hospital. She also advises scaling companies on finance, strategy, commercial and operational challenges, for example an early stage Irish owned technology company on its $25m Series A and a private equity backed financial services company on strategy, capital raising and M&A. She is also a mentor on Euronext’s flagship pre-IPO programme, IPOready.

Earlier in her career, Lucinda held a number of senior executive positions at large listed companies. Prior to that, she worked in corporate finance at Investec and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG.

She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, where she was a Fulbright Scholar, and a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Oxford University.
