Diane is Executive Vice President at the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD), based in Geneva, Switzerland. Previously she was Managing Director of Food and Nature at WBSCD, where she led business efforts to accelerate system transformation in the areas of food, nature and water. Before joining WBCSD in 2018, Diane was Chief Sustainability Officer for Kellogg Company, where she focused full-time on leading Kellogg’s sustainability efforts. Prior to joining Kellogg in 2008, Diane worked at Delta Consultants, a US-environment, health and sustainability consulting firm. During her 17 years with Delta Consultants, she worked with many consumer-packaged goods, forest products and manufacturing companies in development and implementation of global programs for corporate responsibility, environmental management and risk management.

Diane received a BA from Syracuse University and completed the Executive MBA Program at the University of St. Thomas. She previously served on the Advisory Board of We Mean Business, and on the Executive Advisory Board of the Graham Sustainability Institute at the University of Michigan.
